  11. SW - 320 CW 207 Operation Date 9/12/17
  12. Inching closer towards 200lbs. Been hitting stalls, but see my next goal insight! Currently at 207! Fitting into XL shirts is awesome! Not being out of breath after walking up a flight of stairs, having the energy to walk down 4 flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator. Doing my first 5k next weekend, and not worried about it!
  13. Stalls are funny. My weight has dropped pretty fast in my Eyes. I had my operation 9/13/2017, and its funny , I still weigh my self everyday like an excited little kid! Some days I will lose weight, some days I'll be up a little, and sometimes for a week, ill be about the same weight, then bam the next day, ill be down 2 -3 more lbs, its been a very good transition! I havent experienced any of the dumping syndroms, or anything as of yet. I think the weird thing at this point for me, is feeling my bones, in my shoulders, my hips, and my ribs. Also the other thing I really enjoy, is seeing someone that hasnt seen me since my surgery, and cant belive I'm the same person! Cheers - Dennis
  14. The naked burrito is without the tortilla and I subtract the rice, Andy add, little lettuce, extra beans, chicken, guac, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Beans and chicken have the protein......
  15. Slow and steady, 5 months out down just over 100 lbs, I've had my share of stalls, but keeping my good habits going! ill post before and after pictures on my next post when I get down to 200 lbs! Keep up the good work everyone! oh Discovered naked burritos this week, good stuff -rice - tortilla -lettuce! Dennis
  16. 4oz should be the size of your new stomache, about the size of an egg...
  17. I'm in the same boat you are. Funny thing is our Surgery date and weight is almost the same! Are you getting the 60 grams of protein in, I know that is the important thing, but have be falling short on that, also we need to make sure to get our walks in, also falling short of that with being tired and all. Also just seemed to hit the stall point, hopefully this doesnt last long, as the weight has been falling off pretty quick!
  18. Surgery date was 9-13-17 - Have lost 30lbs total as of today ( Including pre op 2 day liquid diet ( Lost 9lbs ) Next week will be my 3 week, see what happens with the stalls..... Just dont have much of an appetite yet, and thats bugging me, looking forward to regular food!
