I haven't been on here in a while, I will be 3 months post op on the 19th and I must say I am BLESSED.. I have no issues what so ever. I can eat and drink what I want (portion control) of course... Have I been following all the rules? HELL NO.. Do I beat myself up about it? HELL NO... One thing I have learned on this journey is that EVERYONE is different, what may work for me may not work for someone else and what works for someone else may not work for me..... Falling back into old habits can or will happen but long as you don't stop pushing yourself at the end of the day you can be very successfully with this TOOL...

I had surgery 10/19 I was up and walking around after surgery as well .. went to the bathroom by myself and everything.. got discharged 10/20 went to the grocery store to get everything I needed while I was out of work... 5 days post op I'm suppose to get 60 grams of protein in a day I sip one premier shake (30grams) in the morning time and sip my broth other clear liquids for like 15 -25 mins at a time midday and drink another shake like around 7pm since it takes a while to finish ... Yeah the doctor let me leave a day early I was up walking around that night I was able to keep my fluids down. I had a lot of gas pain but no vomiting or nausea ... I been home since Friday.. I'm 2 days post op all is well, the doctor discharged me a day early .. I'm able to get my fluids in so far and I just slept all day yesterday because I couldn't at the hospital... I'll keep you guys posted Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
