I invested in an air fryer last week and it works amazing! I think it's a must have for gastric surgery patients. It makes great grilled chicken!

So I had gastric bypass Sept 5th. I have lost a good amount of weight. (From 328.4 to 268) Issue I am having are the stalls. I have been hovering around 268-270 for a month now and I am getting frustrated. How long have your stalls been? Any advice on how to bust this plateau?

I have a family of 4 so I can cook for the whole family and eat the portion I am able. I went with the 5.3 quart air fryer xl. In had gastric bypass 9/5. Surgery weight was 314.5 when I came home from the hospital I was 317.5 and went down to 302 the first 10 days. Problem is I haven't lost since. I know there are stalls but this is frustrating. I am taking in maybe 800 cals a day and don't see how I can stay the same weight for a week eating that few cals. Does this happen to everyone? I was 328.4 on the start of my 1 week pre op diet. (8/29) surgery was 9/5. I was looking forward to be out of the 300s I am sure after I have some water this will go up but small steps. [emoji16][emoji16]

I lost 14lbs in my 1 week pre op then lost another 13 in the first week post op but, have stalled the last 5 days. Been just about the same weight for 5 days and it's very frustrating but, I know it will be like this so I am sticking with it and hoping for the best. Newbie here....had my gastric bypass last week (9/5/17) still having alot of pain but they also repaired a hernia I never knew about. I started at 328, SW 314 (1 week liquid pre-op) today I am 305.8.

Sounds like you need a better support system to me. My wife wasn't all for me doing this but, she knew how much I wanted to go thru with it and she has been my biggest supporter yet!
