No one understands

Hello everyone,

So lately my moods have been out of whack. I'm not sure if it's related to my lapband (I had it February 10th of this year) and I was recently talking to my boyfriend about the way I've been feeling lately (pain in chest, little vomiting). He completely disagrees with me having it and starts mentioning "that's why there's a gym, why couldn't you do it naturally" Honestly, that put me in the worst mood ever. I decided to do this surgery because nothing I did previously was working. Now I'm beginning to question myself, like what if there was something else I could have done...

sorry, just venting [emoji53]

Don't regret this. It's going to change things for the best. My emotions have been crazy too... I had my lap band in March and only have lost 20 pounds... I wish i could lose more. I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

Sounds like you need a better support system to me. My wife wasn't all for me doing this but, she knew how much I wanted to go thru with it and she has been my biggest supporter yet! (Even writing "I love you" notes in my weight diary. If he can't be on board and support you it's time to reevaluate things.
