Stalling

So I had gastric bypass Sept 5th. I have lost a good amount of weight. (From 328.4 to 268) Issue I am having are the stalls. I have been hovering around 268-270 for a month now and I am getting frustrated. How long have your stalls been? Any advice on how to bust this plateau?

Hi there, I had the same thing happen. My stall lasted a month. Then it picked back up, I lost 10lbs and currently at another stall. I don't stress about it because I know it doesn't last. Let me know how you do.
