Cleared to workout?

I had my bypass done 9/5 and was wondering when most of you all got cleared to workout? I would like to start hitting the treadmill and light weights to help with my weight loss. Thanks

      I had surgery on 9/5/17 I was told to treadmill and do elliptical....not any heavy lifting yet.

    Just got cleared to do sports today. I was probably allowed to do it back in June but I wanted to wait til I felt like I was completely healed and capable of drinking enough water and eating enough protein.
