  1. Had gbp 2019... over 18 months I was able to lose 100 pounds. Since loosing the initial 100 lbs I still have approximately 30lbs to lose. But it's not budging. I carry all my weight in midsection. I think the last weight i need to met is my stomach. I work out and eat healthy. Any tips on how to loose that last 30lbs? All suggestions are appreciated. Syntrax Nectar Protein Powder

It's nice to hear when someone enjoyed a product my body refused(hate that textures affect me so differentlynow)... I even tried diluting it with more water like u did... still didn't work for me... when I bought it I was hoping it would be close to the clear protein drinks... the supplement store that I purchased it from didn't have samples of that brand... happy sipping Sent from my SM-N910T3 using BariatricPal mobile app

  9. Thank you so much for your response. .. never thought of mixing protien with yogurt....great tip... Weight loss stalls

I started close to 300lbs 5'6 and very active work out 4-5 times a week high intensity cardio... I've lost 20lbs/mth doing crash diets b4 so my mind set was that I could probably loose it faster than on one of those loose fast and gain double back diets... changing my food addiction issues and relationship with food has been the hardest part I think. Weight loss stalls

Im 9 weeks post op have been in a stall for 3 weeks the scale won't budge and it's driving me bonkers... only lost 30lbs so far... but I have seen a huge difference in clothes... over 5 inches off my waist... but still fixated on the scale [emoji58][emoji52]I know how u r feeling Sent from my SM-N910W8 using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. Give u my stats first I guess... 31...5'6 Hw 292 Sw 286 Cw 259 Gw any healthy number I'm hitting my daily protein goal of 80g... struggling with water intake maybe getting in 40oz but drinking clear teas and 1 cup of coffee... in contact with my nut weekly... I work shift work and do not get more than 4-5 hrs sleep nightly... I work out 3-4 times a week boxing/cardio/weightlifting... I have been stalled for the past 2 weeks my nutritionist says at 2 months when you start to integrate whole foods and due to my lack of sleep and shift work I will loose more slowly than the average... I'm frustrated down only 27 lbs in 2 months with a huge stall... Any advice/ suggestions greatly appreciated Sincerely Stalled out Sent from my SM-N910W8 using BariatricPal mobile app
