I agree no regrets but my progress is for sure not as fast as your. I want to lose 5 pounds so badly. I’m at like 201-202 and holding. Patience is not a virtue I possess, but this experience has made me better at it.

I am at 212, def. Not as fast as yours ms.tipps, but i am truely pleased! Hey with PCOS, and thyroid issues every ounce i loose is a complete victory lol

Hi, everyone. Just doing a quick check in. I had my surgery 1/30/18. HW was 440, surgery weight was 409. I'm currently at 295. I feel like I'm losing slowly, but so happy to be in 2's. I have a long way to go, but thankful for where I am now. Congrats to everyone on their weight loss!
