Sleeve Surgery & Rheumatoid Arthritis

I’m new here, was wondering if anyone is/did have sleeve surgery that also has RA. I was diagnosed with RA in 2009 & take a slew of meds. My surgery is scheduled for Nov. 30th.

I’ve read that there are great improvements with the disease after surgery. Mine is categorized as moderate to severe.

    Welcome TexasTracy!!! I'm having the DS and I have RA as well. I'm hoping it will take some pressure off of these old joints. I take a crap load of meds as well. Good luck to you on your journey and let's hope this surgery helps with this awful disease...
