Ky anthem Medicaid to kypassport?

Hi everyone, I currently we have anthem Medicaid and we just heard it requires 6 months of doctors visits. Well we want to get this sooner than that. I called one place that said that ky passport doesn't require any dr visits , only a referral? Can someone confirm that?
