Getting in the liquids

I'm a week post op, and I'm working my program. As far as liquids, I feel like I'm the slide lifeguard at the pool.

You are doing good, i get 10 0z of water in and im doing good! Today i ate chicken out of can first day, came back up. I did add a lil garlic. I think that is a big no no! I think im dehydrated from not getting liquids in.
