I have a headache today and I’m unsure if I should take Tylenol? Also not sure if I can have sugar free mints. Any recommendations?

My surgeon cleared me for tylenol only. Check with your surgeon’s office.

My surgeon cleared me for Tylenol but told me not to take stuff like Aleve. As for the mints, post sleeve I try to stay away from anything with sugar and I'm cutting my consumption of sugar substitutes as much as I can. I used to drink crystal light now I drink plain water. Hope this helped.

Tylenol is ok for me per my surgeon. I cannot take aspirin, naproxen, ibuprofen or Vitamin E.
