I'm 48 and 6 days post op, RNY

This journey is just starting for me and so far no issues. Managing my fluid intake 64oz+ a day, tomorrow staples come out and enter the puree stage and starting vitamins. Looking forward to getting food in my belly. [emoji16]

So glad I found BariatricPal

Good Evening Star Dust,

I am 15 days out and doing great. Still learning about diet and my serving size. Fluids and Protein intake exceed my Drs requirements. I have started walking but haven't been given the ok to go to the gym or active cardio. My next appt in the 24th.

Thank you for checking back with me, I appreciate it

12 weeks post op...CW 232 down from SW 276. Feeling a bit off for the last month or so, tired and my back has been so sore. Keeping track of my foods and macros. I need to start walking again and exercise to strengthen my core. All in all I am doing great as far as the #'s go. ? With my WLS and my new life.
