I'm in phase 2 now and I will eat 2tbs oatmeal in 1/4 cup almond milk for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and a 1/4 cup of blended soup for dinner. I know I'm not having nearly enough protein so I'm going to try and drink one before bed. Im only allowed creamed soups, runny oatmeal, protein shakes, and sugar free popicles during my phase two, but it seems like every doctor uses a different food guide.

I do count my calories too and I'm doing about 400 per day.

I'm also in phase 2. I drink 3 protein shakes throughout the day. I have half a cup of Greek yogurt for lunch, and half a cup of cream of chicken soup (strained and mixed with milk) for dinner.

calorie wise I'm coming in around 750 or so. I'm focusing on protein so my body can heal. The calorie counting and all that comes in later, once we've moved on to real food.
