Insurance for Revision Surgery (I have Cigna)

Can you share your experience with insurance approving your revision surgery? I have a lap band (2009) and have a consult 9/15 to have it revised to a sleeve. Cigna is my insurance company. Also, how long from your consult to your surgery date?
