Psych Appt- May 26

Day of Long Appts. - June 1 (dietitian/ nutritionist/ Surgeon)

Health partners required coaching calls - 5 calls spaced two weeks apart.

Readiness Appt - August 18 (dietitian/ nutritionist/ Surgeon)

Everything submitted to insurance August 24. Authorization received Sept 5

Pre op Appt - Sept 13

Surgery - Sept 21

It seemed like it took forever, but it went pretty well actually. I hope this information is helpful for someone out there.
