Vitamins-which ones are must have for pre and post op?

Hi everyone! My plan is to get sleeved at the beginning of January and I'm trying to prepare now. What would you say are the necessary vitamins to help prep before and after surgery? Thanks so much for your help. You're all an inspiration.
