Sure ....

breskfast -- Premier Protein shake or Greek yogurt with 15g Protein or boiled egg with 2 slices of turkey bacon

lunch - ready made tuna pack with laughing cow cheese or 1.5 oz grill chick breast with 1/4 cup Brussel sprouts or small chili at Wendy's

snack- premier Protein Shake or protein go pack from Walmart with meat, cheese, n nuts

dinner- salmon and spinach or ground turkey pattie with squash or something similar

hope this helps and I also drink like 72 oz of Water n also about 20 oz of Powerade zero and I do drink Starbucks coffee with the protein that's in s can but I do that like once a week.

Thank u hun!!!! I do a lot of ab exercises n I used to do a lot of cardio but I been slacking gotta do better. N no I don't have much loose skin , but I do have a little on my arms . It's tolerable tho and not as much as I had when I first started to lose weight.

What type of cardio is good for loose skin. I'm afraid that being 5.5 mo out that my skin is too far gone [emoji30]......

I think strength training with bands would be good. I'm not a fitness buff so I'm not so sure what else but I used just my elliptical and ab exercises and squats to help me. But you may wanna do a free session with a personal trainer and then just do the tips they give you on that free session. I wish you the best and I don't think you are to far gone at all.

Ive been following your story! Congratulations! I started following you because I was using the same surgeon with a similar situation, and I continued to follow it and pray for you. You look fantastic and I appreciate you giving a little bit of yourself for those of us on this side of our journey. I creeped the site before finally joining to contribute. 🤣

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
