How long was everyone in the hospital? And when did you go in for your first post surgery check up?

I only stayed for the night and was discharged later in the evening the following day.

I was self pay and paid for 3 days, 2 nights. But I only stayed 2 days, 1 night (30ish hours). Normally my Dr does a follow up at 10 day, but since I am out of town, my followup was on day 3. Surgery Friday, discharged saturday. Followup Monday, then a 10 hour drive home.

My surgery was at 9 am on Friday. I was in the hospital overnight and was able to be discharged after getting in 40 ounces of fluids the next day which took until early afternoon. My first post-surgery checkup is this Friday.... and if all goes well, I can start soft foods. I can't wait!
