Moving on to NORMAL FOOD YEY

I do not know were to start ha.

I had one+ more week of sloppy food , but my surgeon said to me today after 24 hours of clear liquids ( i have a gastroenteritis) I can move onto normal food no more sloppy food the texture was making me feel sick lol .

I am just dreaming about what to start with! 5 weeks post and really happy

11kg/24lbs down( not as much as some but very happy). Only lost 3inches on my tummy , my tummy is just huge it wont budge lol

Told to increase my fluids , already knew I was abit slow on that.

But overall good visit! As the pains I was having i was starting to worry about my sleeve,, but it will pass!

I am just dreaming about what normal food to have.

I thought i would just give a brief overview of my visit as i know when i was pre op i looked on what people were doing at certain stages!

I'm jealous! I'm in day 3 post op and I'm already bored with the clear diet. I can't wait to get creative with the puréed food. I even purchased a cook book! Man I will eat baby food at this point lol my only suggestion is to remember that this is your new stomach in your new life so find something that's low carb, low fat, and delicious. Don't eat your old favorite foods, try and create new ones. Take pictures for me ?. You are doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work.
