Had to create a new profile since I couldn't remember my username anyway journey so far

Five months post op. Surgery date was April 3rd.

Starting weight 310, surgery weight 290 and current weight 230.

It's safe to say it's had more downs then ups so far. I still have Trouble eating the recommended 6 oz for a meal on any given day. I still throw up a lot especially with meats although sometimes things can go down ok other times it feels like my insides mainly my chest is being ripped apart from the inside.

I've been going to the gym weekly and I feel like this is making me a lot better about life in general. I really totally hate eating food now and I get depressed about it trying to over come it one step at a time. Even veggies are hard to do for me. I was told to drink only 1 and a half protein drinks a day but currently drinking two since I can't get my protein in any other way.

I've been to my doctor to talk about the pain but they don't seem to concerned I do feel like I should be able to eat at least a little more.

Anyways I get up and down mood wise but am trying really hard to stay positive!

Also not drinking enough water and I feel that isn't helping but I am trying.
