Was that weight all lost after surgery? Are you exercising and what are you eating? Curious, I'm stuck lol

Idk if your replying to my post or not but I'll reply. All of it is post surgery. The weight is just flying off. I'm constantly moving averaging over 6k steps a day. I'm eating every 2-230 hrs with last meal right around 6 small constant meals. Average about 800-900 calories a day. I have had a few stalls, longest stall lasting 1 week. Typical day of food will be 6am usually a Protein Shake or nutrigrain bar, 8am some sort of fruit, 10 some nuts or Jerky, 12pm couple hard boiled eggs, 2pm usually some watermelon 4pm whatever my wife makes just small portion about 4-6oz depending what it is. 6pm usually fruit, jerky or nuts.. I know it's not a balanced diet but that's what I eat.
