Weight loss after band removal or deflation

Hello everyone, I'm happy to be here :-) I would like to hear from anyone who can tell me about their experiences after band deflation and or removal with weight loss and what sort of diet they maintained. Thank you!

I just had mine removed on July 25th I'm down 14 pounds since my surgery because I don't feel like I'm starving to death I eat about five to six small meals a day two of them are probably a bowl of cereal with high fiber if I do eat anything outside of a meal chips or anything I take a small kids bowl and that's what I get to eat and I'm trying to stay away from dark sodas I will have Sprite drink lots of water I haven't done the milk thing yet which is my favorite
