Feb 18th 2015 rny follow up

Height 5'8 starting weight was about 250 lowest was maybe 179/180 now I'm usually a steady 195/190. Goal was 180 but I kind of felt too thin. Measurements used to be 38-35-40 now they are I think 36-34-38 kind of boxey sometimes

downfall I started drinking liquor in April 2015/ def had different effects didn't wait the year. I'll stop sometime but could still finish a pint. I'm trying to cut back I know overall even without the surgery it's not good to do every other day.

gas and bowel movements YUCK I've only sharted on myself once or twice and that was in the first month. But the foul smell

at times I feel I still eat like before, I lol eat like 1/2 then about an hour later I'm back hungry.

as I type I KNOW this is due to eating and drinking at the same time !! Which I'm realizing that more and more

for a while sweets candy or cake was a absolute no, but now I'll try but nothing like before which is good.

i can tolerate all foods still the same, which is great. No backfire on that end. If I eat a burger I've always removed one side of the bun just always felt the bread was too much.

I've stop tracking not sure good or bad. As there is not a bariatric app I've found which would be good and I'd use but with all the other apps the calories and everything is set at USA or whatever i know you can change it but not sure what to change it to as I'm aware we track protein.

Let's see, I love water always have, never really like fake juice or overly sugar. I'll sip milk sometimes never whole I stopped that even before the sugar. Orange juice and water is my either or I'll have an occasional can soda, especially because it's summer right now with cookouts etc it's around.

I don't weigh myself at all in the house unless I find I can't fit something that I used to wear. I will tho whenever I go to an appointment for my kids.

Husband doesn't mind the changes accept the drinking because like I said I don't know how to pace myself anymore. But as far as body physical um I had my third child august 2014 and then 6 months after had my rny so prebaby had a nice hourglass Breast not much booty vs now **** I love it tho the breast change a lot of course but the little booty that was there **** can't even put a marble on it it's like I have bottom booty but no top lol

scaring blends in with my stretchmarks and so I will still rock a 2 piece (32yrs old) so I guess I still have a couple more years I'd feel okay doing that.

At times I find myself like omg I haven't eaten anything and other times I feel like I'm eating everything

Oh pacing myself while eating too STILL teaching myself that !!

Ive recently had a physical and blood work was good but haven't seen my surgery doc since my 1st yr which I should as because I do not take any vitamins and I feel when I eat I take in good amounts of the right stuff. Meat beans veggies seafood etc

Oh I've tried sushi which was new and love salmon and wasabi.

On a good day I can tell when I'm full and can be very disciplined,

well this has been very therapeutic for me writing realizing things hope everyone else from February 2015 is doing great and they are happy with results and no or minimum regrets
