1 week post op. I'm feeling much better and stronger. I have not taking any narcotics or any pain medication. I'm able to walk everyday. Drinking my 64+Oz of liquid daily and I'm able to drink my Pure Protein Shakes 35g twice a day (breakfast and dinner) and Boost Calories Smart 15g or Ensure High Protein 16g for Lunch. Thursday I'll start taking my bariatric vitamins with B12 and Calcium Citrate and also start my Stage 3A: Soft Texture. I'm getting those hunger pain at this point so I drink well seasoned Chicken Broth and I'm satisfied. I am still dealing with those gas pain which can get difficult at times so I walk it off and I take Gas X. I feel good and I can't wait to see results. I'll have my first weigh in at my 2 wk post op MD appointment on Monday. I can't tell if I lost weight but I'm hopeful.
