How Much Should I Eat?

I'm one year and 5 months post op. How much should I Eat? Is 4 ounces all that I'll be able to eat? It took me an hour and 15 minutes to eat an average slice of pizza. Is that bad? Can anyone offer any good and beneficial advice?

    I'm a year out. I can eat 4-6 oz of solid food at a time. I can drink pretty much without restriction.
