Schedule for weaning off Phentermine before VSG

First, let me say I am just asking for your experiences, I fully intend to follow my doctor's advice & schedule but I do not see her again for three weeks.

I take Phentermine one 15mg capsule each morning. I am curious how long it will take to wean off the medication in order to minimize withdrawal symptoms. What did your weaning schedule look like before surgery? Any tips to pass along.
