My journey!

collage1497980494875.jpg

I had my surgery 1/30/2017. My sw was 301, cw 211. I haven't set a goal weight. It's been a long road. I haven't given up even through the stalls. I have a ways to go but I am excited. I went from a 26/28 now I am wearing a 1x. I can cross my legs.;) I don't have to take diabetes medications anymore. In the beginning, I had constant thoughts of wtf did I do? Now it's easier. I had someone tell me that I took the easy road with having surgery. Like hell I did. It's not easy. You have to change your ways mentally and physically. I am excited of what is to come in my future. I am taking it one day at a time
