I'm 7 weeks post op and like you I'm usually 600-800 (averaging around 700), I get my protein in at 70 sometimes a little more and I'm averaging between 40-50 net carbs. I average about 50 oz of water but today actually made it to 70 oz. ? Are you losing weight? Because I've been stuck for 3 weeks and I'm very frustrated. Find it easy to get my protein but tough to lower my carbs. Don't know if I'm tooo high on carbs. Or fat? Averaging about 30-40 grams. Maybe that's my problem?

I am six weeks and I am at a stall :48_weary: My breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of wheat toast. My lunch is 3 oz of chicken and 2 oz of lite cottage cheese and same for dinner. Its about 600 calories, 80 gr of protein and 15 gr of carbs. Hopefully this stage 4 I start losing weight.
