It is very unlikely you are going to lose 16 pounds in a 6 weeks, so you might as well give up on that. A better goal would be to lose the rest by the end of the year. the last pounds are the hardest
I had my surgery August 29, 2016. I’m almost a year out and have not hit goal weight. I was 247 at my heaviest. I’m down to 181. My goal weight is 165. I’m not eating the best. Haven’t had much exercise because of my work schedule. I’m always tired. I am not a big meat eater. I love fruits and veggies and I know protein is a big issue with me. I really need to hit goal before aug 29 or I will feel like I failed. Today I’m going to leave the coffee alone. No more rice, potatoes, and pasta. I’m going to eat a lot more fruits, veggies, and meat. I wish there was a meet up support group here in McKinney who would want to exercise also. Even if it were just walking the trails. What else can I do to break this stall????
