One week out of gastric bypass tomorrow!

So it finally happened ! After 1 year of appts 3 weeks of optifast and 23 lb i had surgery last Tuesday! I had to spend an extra night in hospital due to high heart rate and extreme nausea was finally released and im feeling much better . Im still sore and concentrating on getting my fluids in and my protein . Had my first bowl movement today too!(sorry tmi) it really helped with the bloating ! Im down an extra 7 lb since surgery which is fantastic!

All get better keep it up everyone!!
