Transdermal Vitamin Patches

Hi! I am having VSG in one week 7/6/17.

I have ordered auto shipments of the Bariatric Pal vitamin patches. I was wondering if anyone had tried them? Any thoughts?

    I used them exclusively for a while despite the fact that my nutritionist is dead set against them. I never had any problems or blood work come back with issues while I was on them. I stopped using them only because I could never remember to order them on time.
