Two days pre op

I’m having my surgery on 6/13/2017. I’m 4’11 and I weigh 181lbs. I know to many that doesn’t seem like much but it is for someone 4’11 tall. I’m really worried about sagging skin. I think I’ll be ok for the procedure because I’m a real go getter but that doesn’t take away that fear. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How old are you? My doctor told me (as I'm 20yr, 5'4 and weigh 230lbs.) that due to my age, skin elasticity has a better chance of coming back to near normal - not fully. I am curious if certain workouts would help skin tighten back while losing weight?
