Dumping?

I'm 7 weeks out today, and yesterday I ate a small bunch of cold grapes. A little while later, I started getting all sweaty and had a massive attack of blast-o-matic diarrhea! I felt awful! Was that dumping? I've been really careful about what I've been eating, and I was thinking the sugar in the grapes caused this? Or maybe it was just the skins? I have no idea, but it'll be a while before I try grapes again.

Fruit is just sugar with fiber. Natural sugar but sugar. Grapes are pretty high glycemic index, at 59, they are almost the same as ice cream which is 62.

The sugar content of fruit also varies wildly based on how ripe it is.

If you are going to eat fruit early on, pick some that are lower carb to avoid dumping. 5g or less of sugar per serving (you can cut your serving to hit the 5 grams)
