I looked on my insurance company's website Thursday and saw that I am approved!

What comes next? Do I get a call from them or my surgeons office? Do I pick my own date? Do I get a print out of surgery costs and wats covered and paid outta pocket?

I kno everyone's experience is different but I'd like to hear a few of wat happened after u got ur approval.

I didn't need approval, but I still had to go through the punches set by my surgeon. I called my doctor to see where my case was and get my date. They called me back a couple days later with my date of 6/21, preop visits to the NUT, surgical nurse, and financial officer, and my pre op surgeon visit and three post surgical appointments.
Everyone's experience is different. Call them on Monday and ask your questions. Most offices will get you answers.
