I've been through all pre op requirements, 6 months of weigh ins, psych eval, nutrition and I was denied by ins. I'm 5'2" / 234 lbs. I'm waiting to hear response to my appeal to,insurance co. I was diagnosed with severe Apne and am on CPAP THERAPY. Has anyone been denied with Sleep Apnea?

Did they give a reason for the denial?

What type of sleep apnea? Obstructive or central?
