What the person before me said is what I was going to suggest. Did they give you a list of pain meds you could take?

Tylenol is it, I'm afraid. it comes in different strengths. Maybe extra strength or arthritis strength would work better?

I have knee pain, too. When it gets bad, I wear a wrap on it, rest as much as I can and put heat and/or ice on it. Hope you feel better soon!

What is the knee pain caused by that you are all speaking of? Only thing I can think of is that your body is starting to break down muscles instead of fat. Make sure you keep up your potassium intake as this can be also related to potassium and sodium deficiency.
