Help I can't stop eatting bad foods

I'm 1 year and half out I can't stop eatting bad I need advice my chocolate addition is taking over nothing makes me sick unfortunately [emoji22] I was 388 I am now 196 any advice would be greatly appreciated also note I am unable to exercise do to a back and knee injury.
