I have been taking Bariactric fusion chewables twice a day. They are supposed to be a complete supplement, meaning I don't have to take anything else. I can't wait to get my level checked next month to see how I am doing.

We hope to hear a great report!!! I wouldn't know what else could cause it.

I eat cherries now (cause they're on sale), but I normally don't include fruits on a daily basis. I had an very small apple yesterday and got through less than a quarter, so I decided that apples are just too big to waste. I should incorporate more, but I haven't. Been doing more veggies than fruit.
Good for you to go shopping. It's nice knowing we're in smaller sizes. [emoji4]
Now, why did you happy face your face on the pics, but I can see you clearly on your profile??? LOL

Oh because I sent it too someone and I didn't want them to see my face lol

I tried to get rid of Verizon television because it was killing my pockets but I have 11 months left on the contract so instead of paying the early term fee I opted to stay. I only need internet cause we don't watch tv. Here to cutting cost of unnecessary uses in our life. I love football but I haven't been watching last season. It's coming up in a couple months so maybe I will watch it while I have my tv.

Hate contracts. I was so happy when I got out of T-Mobile (when they had them) and was month to month, then they just switched to no contracts period. My internet is ridiculous..$70/mo. Anyone have anything cheaper? I could make this post about WLS....that cheaper price could be saved towards new clothes or plastics, LOL.

Is early term fee less than what it would cost to pay for 11 months of it?

My internet is 89 a month!! It is highway robbery 😡 But my provider is the only one available to me where I am located. I wish some competition would come!

I went for my 6 week post op appt yesterday and including the weight I lost on my pre op diet program...I am down 51 lbs. I'm so happy. I got the ok to start going to the gym and start strength training. I got a membership yesterday and got a gel injection in my bad knee today. So I have to rest it and ice it today. But I'm so excited to start this next phase. I'll get 5 weekly gel injections in my knee and I'll be like a youngin again. Can't wait to get to gym and start toning.

Omg. That's terrible! We have some a bit but they're pretty crappy speeds. So we've got to pay up.

once a week for 5 weeks. I just have to rest it the day of the injection and then I can resume normal activity the next day. They are a gel that helps to cushion the knee and it should last a few years but I'm hoping between this and weight loss my knee will be good.

Hey y'all. I feel like I slacked since I decided to have a rest day the other day. I feel constipated, bloated, etc. I didn't focus on Water nor nutrition although I didn't do too bad. Could have done better. I feel extra jiggly. I'm gonna have to just woman up and get my butt in gear again, or go back to the gym??? Lol. But I'm trying to eliminate all unnecessary expenses cause I can always workout at home. It's just harder I guess. But I'll do it. A nice long walk sounds good.

I hope so too for you. I need that in my hip for bursitis but the doc won't give it to me unless I try PT first. Blah. Too young for all this pain...but with a loss of weight, I'm hoping to spring back.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
