Am I full or is that gas?

I had my surgery May 1,2017 woke up in pain but the pain was from my throat they really did a number on my throat it was red and bloody. I'm still having pain it hurts to swallow which is kind of making it hard for me to do this liquid diet. But I force myself to eat but I notice when I sip my broth or tea I get a feeling in my stomach its like pressure rises up and then I might burp. I just was wondering if anyone else is or has experienced this. I don't know if its gas or am I full so I automatically just stop eating until I feel like I'm ready for more. I also think I'm not getting enough of something cause I feel lightheaded and very dry. Please help me I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

It's gas~

Full feeling is really different now- don't even feel "full" down in my belly Region- it's a weird feeling much higher... the swelling will continue to go down making it easier just keep drinking small sips and try to exhale as you do... you are doing great!

That's a good way to put it. I agree. I was sleeved three days ago and experiencing the same thing. It takes forever to eat or drink everything. I feel like all I do is sip and nibble my three little portions each day and that's all I have time for. Lol
