NHS bariatric group seminar & Consultation with Surgeon

Hi guys, I'm in the UK and was wondering if anyone can share there experience I was referred for bariatric surgery on a NHS research trial and have been given a date in June for my group seminar and then 3 days later am having a appointment with a 'consultant general surgeon' I was wondering how long after your first surgeon appointment did you have the actual surgery?
