Carbs?

How many carbs do you limit to each day? When I met with my NUT last week I forgot to ask about what a good number of carbs is each day. I've been keeping it under 25 each day, with many days less than that, but I'm wondering if that's too high. I'm 4 weeks out and doing minimum of 60 grams of protien. NUT says up to 800 calories a day. Many days it's hard to meet that unless I do a protein shake.

There is nothing wrong with using protein shakes still to supplement so you meet goals.

Under 25 grams is fine, that not too low or too high.

I limit my carbs to 20 or less per day. I have been at that level for over 13 months now.

My nut said to limit them to about 15 grams of carbs per meal, so 45 per day at this point and by about a year out I should be getting 30 grams of carbs per meal, so 90 grams per day. She said as long as I keep it below 100 carbs and above 25 carbs I will be good. I've lost 81 pounds so it's working for me.

Thanks so much. That's reassuring.
