Utah Medicaid- Healthy U Questions!

After a long three months of hard work, my doctor's office submitted my request for surgery on the 24th of April and I was APPROVED the very next day! Amazing!

My question is- How much will I pay out of pocket? I know I have co-pays, and I have been paying those at each appointment I've had (dietician, medical weight loss, surgeon check up, etc)

But will there be any surprise bills? I've never had surgery befoe. I plan to call my insurance on Monday of course, but any advice/feedback from the community would be nice too!
