That other thread was getting too long. So, lets start a new one.

How is everyone doing?

I am doing a little better.

I seem to have gotten my eating under control.

I have not frothed for 2 whole days:whoo:

That is a BIG improvement for me.

I also started a new body sculping class. UGH:omg:

My body things I have lost my mind.

I still do Water arobics 3 times a week, & always will,

but this new class?:cry
