Is Betaine anhydrous in protein powder ok?

Im not getting my sleeve done until august but I've been trying some protien powders. I just noticed the Body Fortress Isolate Protein powder contains betaine anhydrous. Is this a bad thing??

    Betaine anhydrous is safe for most people. It can cause some minor side effects. These include nausea, stomach upset, and diarrhea. I suggest staying away from it post-op.
