I use an herbal tea called smooth move for help regulating bowels... gentle plus helps with liquids... has a licorice taste too it, not bad but it moves things along...lol I'd set your alarm on your phone to remind of fluids to help, till you get a routine going... that helped me!

hi, i had my RNY 1-12-17 the med they gave me to take two times a day for gas really made the gas worse so i on my own did only one time a day in morning and that helped me, i stop feeling bloated and sick. I'm not sure if that will work for you but worth a try. I also am having bowel movement issues since surgery. I don't go but very 10 days and it tares me. I been working on different things to help it but i still haven't got my new normal yet. Blessing and good luck.
