NC Road to Sleeve to DS Revision

Hello,

After 2 failed wls attempts...I'm on my last attempt to convert to a sleeve.

Dr. Voellinger at Novant BAriatrics, formerly Southeast Bariatrics is my Dr.

I have my consult on MAy 19, 2017.

Is anyone else with this office?

    Yes,

    I was banded in 2008

    Revised to Sleeve in 2013

    and going to DS completion with possible sleeve adjustment hopefully by June 2017.
