Cookbooks/Recipes?

This may have been asked dozens of times but I don't know... Seems like the various posts are lost in cyberspace collecting pixel dust...

So I'll just ask... Are there any cook books that have recipes for the different phases of the Bariatric diet? Are there even any recipes? [emoji848]

The best one I've read so far is by Sarah Kent, Fresh Start Bariatric Cookbook: Healthy Recipes to Enjoy Favorite Foods After Weight-Loss Surgery
It had recipes for all stages post surgery.

Of course your doctor may have specific instructions of what you can or can't have and at what stages. But I found this to be extremely helpful--many good ideas.
For instance if you like coffee there is a coffee (decaf of course) protein shake--decaf coffee, skim milk, cinnamon, protein powder and ice. I like the taste of coffee so this was great.
