My 3rd and last visit with the Dr

Hey guys, I decided to do the gastric sleeve. I have done all the requirements my doctor asked. I have my 3rd and final weight management visit this Friday 03/07/2017. What is next after that? Does anyone know what are the steps? I am a bit anxious not knowing if my insurance will cover it. Can someone please guide me on what to expect after my last visit?
