Getting enough food

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and about 10 months out of surgery. I'm having a lot of morning sickness and having a hard time keeping anything down the second part of the day. Any ideas on how to get my calories in still? I don't go to the gym now bc I already don't get enough nutrients

Congratulations! Fish like salmon, flounder, tilapia are all about 200 calories but 0carbs and 25-30 g of protein. Also add in vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower. For breakfast, can you keep down shakes? Isopure has 200 calories, low fat and high carbs. May be an option. Good luck!
